Barcelona Pavilion

The most quiet place in Barcelona is probably this building that lays in the Montjuic hill since Mies van der Rohe built it for the International Exhibition in 1929. Love the shapes, but what I like the most is the mixture of materials and water.

About the Architecture Collection: since i graduated in Art, i’ve been collecting images and sketches and other stuff about contemporary architecture. I especially like those buildings that has their own character, that means to be something, even if they are well integrated in old town o into the woods. By now: Copenhagen Botanical Garden, Barcelona Mies Pavilion, NYC Guggenheim Museum and Bauhaus Archive in Berlin.
